don't look like FW to me. suck a few out with a pipette and look really really closely. does it look like it has a clam-like bivalved shell? if so, you have ostracods... they're like a tiny shrimp in a shell. most of them are simple herbivores or detritivores.

I say to be safe give it a nice flatworm exit bath then give it an Iodine bath just as a pre-caution, you don't want any unwanted visitors spreading in your tank.
