If you look above the reply box there is what looks like a postcard of some mountains. if you click on that, a box will open up where you can type the url of the pic you want to post...like this

And its a good thing you are so far away because that guy could tempt me to exceed my fish spending limit

Sorry, i dont see it as special at all.. Yellow & Purple tang is more colorfull imo.
