This is Sophie on her B-Day a few years back. Her coat is a little more grey now... She will be turning 10 in October

Baahahahahahaha she looks thrilled to be wearing the hat. I tried putting Dexter in those antler things for christmas, I think he wished I was dead.

Now the only thing he'll wear is his Flames Jersey

Default Dog Pic

Thank you, Me too. They are the only dog breed I ever owned. Beside the puppy stage of chewing the carpets and the dinning table legs, the cat dish that need constant replenishing and the fact that ALL GARBAGE must be kept out of the house I absolutely love them...They are little children in a fur coats.

She will be 10 in October. She has slowed down a bit, but still steal the odd loaf of bread from the kitchen counter. This used to drive me insane when she was a pup...I now find it funny when she pulls this old trick.

I wish my rotties would make it ten years. They get cancer and die usually at about seven. I have had six now, and the one I have left just turned two... I don't think I could ever not have a rottie. I have had them since 1991... wow I am getting old.

Default Dog Pitures

Yes. I keep my finger crossed. Beside the dry eyes and chronic yeast infections in the right ear we have been fortunate. But i have to prepare myself for the day where we will have to take the big decision...

I can honestly tell you that the yeast infections are due to food allergies... Dealt with that with my first rottie Damian. You can get an ear cleaner from the vet as well as Surolan to help get rid of the yeast infection.

Lets not talk about that day when you say good bye... enjoy her and all the quirky things this breed does.
