![]() They look like tunicates to me. They have an incurrent and outcurrent syphon.
They are filter feeders and should not cause any problems in a tank. I've actually purchased larger species.

![]() Based on the info from you guys and the photo of the pineapple sponges, I would say they are tunicates. They definitely have both incurrent and outcurrent syphons.
Thanks for the help with the ID! Glad I don't have to get rid of them because they are neat looking... |
