The tanks are all full and circulating finally (except the fuge)

You will get more light into the fuge if the curly Q's of the CFLs are in the reflecter. The built in ballasts for those get hot and will overheat, decreasing the life of the bulb, even if they are rated for 7 years. If you could rig something up that would keep the bases out of the reflector, a lot of the damaging heat would dissapate. I sure like this build, keep up the good work!
