It was the lemony-snicket. It turns out the origanal frag that was listed that I purchased died before the order was shipped, so Dave cut another one and shipped it instead. I dont know the time frame but Im thinking it was just too freshly cut and rotted. It happens, I just wish I had been informed that frag that I bought had died, as it was a "only one available" frag. I would have canceled ot picked another if I had known. No biggie.. its not like I don't have any zoa's. LOL

Agreed, and for coordinating the order so well. Also thanks to Shelley for receiving the shipment.

Wicked does not refund DOA, no reflection on you at all. This is the policy for various reasons which I am sure you can appreciate, why I took the time to clealy outline this on the site. Purchase the $30 credit from Shelley for $20 and I will make it a $50 credit towards your future order!

When the original frag died, well I fragged you a new piece 3 days (+/-) before I shipped, honestly it never crossed my mind that I should contact the buyer about this.

hmmm, wonder who that could be

I looked at that pic you sent, everything looks ok to me. The exterior of this zoa is naturally rather dark. Sloughing of the exterior skin happens from time to time with most zoas, perhaps this is occurring due to shipping stress. As this was fragged more than an week before shipping, I am pretty confient it will pull through....at least as far as I can tell from the picture.
