I run high quality carbon either one day per week or 5 days per month. I try to do the one day per week, but it's a bit tedious. I absolutely do not run carbon 24/7. My tank is all LPS aside from some GSP.

Being on Zeo too I always use carbon.

I actually run it fluidized through a two little fishies phosban reactor. I use KZ carbon and change every 30 days.

I use Chemi-pure (contains carbon and other resins etc) my water is allways crystal clear and notice no ill effects on corals.

I run a fairly large amount of carbon 24/7.

I hear lots of pros, what are the cons of using carbon?

I have some ready to go in with a TLF reactor, but my system is so far fine without it. I don't run zeovit (because I don't know what it does yet )

The only bad thing I can think about running carbon in a tank might be if your tank likes dirtier water.

I have a 33g soft tank that will not let me run carbon on it, it I do try everything looks off, but with my 110g I run carbon 24/7 and the soft frags that are in there are taking off.

Just make sure it gets changed out sooner rather than later.
