Website is nice, however I would like to see more information about the particular frags, IE type of lighting required, flow ect...

Oh ya, I forgot you have clams! Actually I'm looking for an ULTRA Derasa and/or Squamosa...maybe a Crocea when I update lighting. I'm not particularly interested in Acans at this time...never really had much of an interest there.

I have updated all the frags with a quick stats box, what do you think? I appreciate the feedback and will make the changes if it benefits you.

The livestock I received were all very healthy and full opened within hours.

Those Quick Stats are a good addition. I really like how you include the origin of the corals. For the cultured ones, it would be great if you could also list the origin of the mother colony.

Good! I am glad this is helpful, I will also include the original origin of the mother colony as well.

Thank you for showing me your shop today, Ian. Your livestock are nice and healthy. Can't wait when you get more nice stuff.

In light of a certain thread in regards to customer service, I welcome any more input here for anyone that wishes to post their opinion. That thread is now closed.

I also welcome any other pointers that retailer like me can take to heart so we can make buying livestock an even better experience.

Just one recommendation from me. Could you invest in some real coolers for shipping livestock? Everything went fine with my order but I'm pretty sure that the shipping bags would have stayed warmer in a real cooler. I bet you could buy used ones from other businesses in the area for dirt cheep.

Excellent, this is what I am looking for. I am actually trying to source some of those Uline styro shipping boxes at a decent price, these kinds of boxes are so expensive!

I will see what I can come up with.

Ian
