Sfiligoi Stealth T5 w' LED Moons

Does anyone have any experience with the Sfiligoi Stealth T5's with LED moons lights?
I am just wondering if the moon lights can be programmed to be on during the day time and if there is any light shimmering effect on the substrate form the led's.
