I don't know if any of you guys saw the review of this joker I put up on here before the mods took it down, but I got shorted 3 frags (out of 25), had some sent that I did not order and some that I ordered were nowhere to be found.
I've emailed Burc about this several times as well as pmd him, nicely I might add, and NO RESPONSE.
Been over 2 weeks since I first emailed him with my discrepancies.
I paid by credit card, I'm sure that makes a difference.
I don't want to push any buttons, so please, if anyone wants to hear about my experience with fragalot, drop me a pm and I'll be more than happy to tell you all about it BEFORE YOU ORDER.

Whatigot, Think most of us went into the order knowing about Fragolot, but for the price and figuring he was trying to build his reputation back up, why not. Will see how I make out on Fridays replacement order before commenting more.

What if it was a closing out and shutting down sale? ie. liquidation sale?

i didn't know his rep as I was new to the site... but the way I am looking at it.. it's $50.00 i have lost.. and I learnt a VERY good lesson!

wasn't a closing out sale but a $10 a frag special with free shipping over $250.

Likewise, I thought he was trying to rebuild reputation here, and I am happy to participate in that. While my frags arrived cold and mostly dead, I'm also waiting for the replacements before I comment. Epithets and rants before he gets a reasonable chance to fix things will only serve to discourage him and reduce his motivation to help us.

Yeah, sorta why i backed out of the calgary order...I just couldn't bring myself to trust the order would go the way it should. I'm quite glad I backed out.

Just so you know, we never took it down. It was just moved to his forum, which is where is should have been posted and that way he could deal with it.

Which i replied that post.

Whatigot ordered same frag multiple times and i sent him double size frags, I dont think he tells that anywhere.

Example 2 x zoa frag from same color which zoa frags were for 5 polyps and i am sure he can share with us how many polyps he got from those multiple ordered frags.


I offered the replacement shipments to group orders and i am replacing the DOAs. I sent the Calgary replacements last week. I suppose to send Edmonton order last thursday too but I wasnt able to ship it.

I just sent PM to Wayne and trying to decide date for replacement shipment.
