I got my 70W from ballastwise and it's been just fine. They do ship to Canada, you just have to arrange the shipping, they won't. By arrange, I mean you order the pickup from the courier, pre-pay it and work out any duty, etc. I was lucky and shipped it to a location just below the border and went down to pick it up, but I was going to get it shipped.
