If my one zoo did not survive the week does that count as DOA?

Yeh I had 1of2 of my zoo frags die durring the course of the week aswell. It seems a lot of people had issues with the zoa in the order

I had 3 zoas, 1 was doa. The other two opened but have since melted away within a week.

same problem, i think i lost 3 DOA and within the week the other two died off, whats why i am skeptical of getting replacements because they will probably do the same thing, id rather get a refund but apparently its not an option.

wierd. My zoas are all doing great. Already a new polyp starting on one of the frags. Sorry to hear about your guys' bad luck...

The one of mine that survived is fighting for it's survival.. they open a bit but everyday I am losing another polyp. SPS are still doing great though.
