You need to put your camera away in a drawer somewhere for a few weeks and start connecting with your fish.

I have a 180g with a 4" regal, 4.5" yellow and the naso. The yellow seems to be letting up a bit so far.

The aggression will likely subside as they get used to each other as your tank is large enough to accommodate them.
In the meantime feed the yellow tang at one end of the tank and the naso at the other so they dont fight over food.
As the naso is stressed make sure that you are feeding garlic extract and selcon soaked food to avoid an ich outbreak and, feed more frequently.
Good luck

I would bet my money on the Naso winning any fight. My large Emperor angel was a tank bully and the Naso and others let him do it. Then one day the Naso got sick of it, and beat him silly. She pushed him into a rock side ways and laid into him harsh. I was afraid she might kill him with her razor blades. She whacked him with her tail twice, and I was pretty worried about him... He had a couple of big gashes but healed up overnight.

His tank bully days are over now, and he acts like a model fish now.
