I have one of these myself, its actually rather easy to set up. My suggestion is to not use the pipe tap and instead find a tee that you can run to your supply line, assuming you have plastic and not copper.
I would email or phone them again to ask for the directions, it's odd that the link is down.

now the blue reverse osmosis element i have goes into the horizonal casing on top of the 3 vertical ones do these tube come unclipped i cant turn the housing with the hoese connected but they almost look like a once its connected its connected for good
and the clamp for the supply wont work on 1/2 or 3/4 pex will it its just for copper so ill need to go buy a T right Last edited by e46er; 01-17-2009 at 04:05 PM. |

To remove the tube, just press the end in, while pulling on the tube.
I'm just using the piercing valve on copper but a proper tee is the way to go. |
