Default my annenome shrunk!!

I have a condalactus annemoe and for the past couple months it has shrank to less than 15% of its orginal size any ideas why or how to fix it if there's something wrong.

might not like the water conditions. maybe his time is passing. I have read many threads that claim that most anenomes won't last past 1 year in captivity.
How long has your tank been setup?

We'll need to know water parameters, lighting, flow, what and how often you feed, etc. The more info you can provide, the better!!

Checking out the water was one of the first things I did the water condtions turned out to be fine and I do regular maintence. I've had him for about a year and a half the wierd thing is he tripled in size when I brought him home from the store. Now he's back to what he was when I first got him his tentacles are all wrinkled too.
