That fish looks way better under your lights than it did at the store! Great buy!

Just out of curiosity how much does a fish like that cost?
I've never seen one in a store myself.

Oh for sure, it wasn't under any lights in the store. I knew as soon as I saw it that it would have great color under tank lighting, I guess maybe others didn't notice that.

I've seen a red one sell for $600 and a purple one for over $1000 on J&L. This one is a purplely-red and the LFS here in town was only asking $250!! Plus the guy was so nice he even gave me another discount I'm honestly amazed no one else bought it. Plus trained on frozen, doesn't get any better.

Which of your tanks is he going in? Wouldn't want him in with some smaller, less mobile fish
