Marie, you get such good polyp extension. Most of mine only extend like that at night. I wonder if I should bump up the flow. What kind of turnover do you have in your tank?

At the moment I have 2 tunze 6060's (1600gph ea I think), 2 modified maxijets (1600gph ea), the wavebox and whatever the return pump is, 1200gph?

I have 2 tunze 6085's coming from JL that are rated at 2100gph to replace the 2 maxijets

You're getting about 43x turnover plus the wave box; I'm only getting about 27x. Mind you I read somewhere that corner tanks distribute the flow better than a rectangular tank. Anyway, I think I'm going to bump mine up to about
40x.

Thought I would post some pics of corals I don't normally take pictures of
A pocillipora that volunteered itself on one of my returns

The blue montipora frag that Sarah gave me, it's bluer then it looks in the pics

Another pocillipora, I've had this one for over 5 years and has been fragged to the nubs a few times

A frag from Lance

A turbinara that i've had for nearly 6 yrs

Every time I clean the glass I just have to take out the camera

*Edit*The reason I take all the pics of this guy is because Dave (wicked frags) told me it was a slow grower and it appears to be anything but in my tank

And this is the first acropora I ever bought, it started out brown and it's still brown...oh well, it's put up with all my blunders and problems, I have to keep it
