That should be plenty of water run through. TDS should be reading zero by now and your ready to go. Have fun.
Remember ro/di water is very aggressive and should only be stored in a food grade container.

I was thinking of storing it in Canadian Springs 5 gallon containers, since I've got a few kicking around. Thanks for the feed back tlo.

When I set mine up, I only ran 5 gal through it. Didn't have any problems.
