![]() I might try fragging some of the good areas with full tissue, making sure you don't include any areas with no tissue. You can leave the parent skeleton behind and it may regrow but if not then at least you've still got some good pieces.
Do you have pics? Here is a stupid "paint" pic of what I'm talking about, sorry, "paint" has it's limitations ![]() ![]() Last edited by Keri; 12-22-2008 at 08:29 PM. |

![]() i only have my cell phone with me so the pictures suck. the tissue resession is spread out all over and the coral is still very stressed. it would be hard to frag right now and expect it to do very well. it almost looks like the polyps are peeling off leaving behind a white base. the tips look pretty good though.

![]() well i fragged what i could. it is a sin to cut that coral apart like that. i didnt get to much out of it because the rtn spread a lot. i will post some pics if the frags turn out alright. what are the chances of it spreading to my other corals?

![]() I know it hurts to cut it but...at least it's a digi, it will probably regrow quickly. I think if the RTN is caused by bad shipping and your water params are all in check your other corals should be ok.
