![]() Hey,
Has anyone ever housed a flagfin angel in a reef tank? I just saw that J & L has one of these guys for sale and it's gorgeous. I don't know too much about these guys so any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

![]() With most angels it's hit and miss. I've know people who have had angels in the reef for years then all of a sudden........ they get a taste for a certain coral and before you know it ...... it's gone.

![]() We at one point had a Regal angel, flagfin and a potters in a sps/lps reef. All can be hit or miss. All was good untill we got Vibrio in our tank and it wipped everyone but the flagfin out and when i pulled him out of quarintine he then decided to eat my clams and my lps. So he had to be removed.
So yes it is hit or miss. I now have a regal angel in my reef and knock on wood so far so good. I found i would feed them more in the thinking they will be full. The had mysis once a day and 2 algae sheets |
