![]() Cute...yes...cute like a baby whale! Yes, definitely that is a vlamingi tang. (Naso vlamingi) Assuming that you don't starve him, he will be 10" within 8 months.
All the Naso tangs are sometimes referred to a unicorn tangs. This is because some of them develop unicorn horns (Naso unicornis, for example). N. vlamingi is also called the "humpnose"...while they don't get a horn, they do develop a rather bulbous nose.
