![]() When you get to your vehicle place your rod between your drivers side window wiper blade and the windshield (unless you have a boat rack on your roof). But the most safest bet is to disassembled and pack away you rod before you do anything else. Ya, I know. Been there, done that. I'm exceptionally more carefull now with bamboo rods.

![]() Yes, big time fly fishing, fly tying and rod building being done around here when I'm not doing fish tank chores.
The big rainbows in the Bow are way more fun to catch than the big browns. Also bamboo rods are NOT a pleasure to fish with Larry |

![]() I've been fishing the Bow for 20+ years, building rods (just graphite) and fly tying.
Did a bit of guiding years ago and still have my driftboat but I haven't done much rowing since my neck surgery. Last year on our honeymoon in Costa Rica I released my holy grail, a 200 lb. Blue Marlin on a 14 weight with 20 lb. tippet. My legs are still shaking. (from the fish) ![]()
