![]() I'm confused you can't orientate the pieces so that there is no gaps... even if it means having glass overhang on the back of the overflow box???

![]() no, oklet me try explaine.
I got the bottom of the overglow box 12" x 4" with 3 holes drilled in to it. I got the sides of the overflow 4" x 5" (so two of thoes) and I got the back of the oveflow 12" x 5" so the bottom and sides were going to get put togeather and the back would cover the egde of thoes. what happened is they made the bottom only 3 and 7/8" so along the back there would be a 1/8th gap. I could take them back and ask them to sand the sides to the same width but I am wondering if it is worth it or not. Steve

![]() I might be able to do that, I'll take a look at the chunks and see if that works. guess I had my head wraped around one design.

![]() I dont at all think a 1/8" gap would be a problem, there is next to no water pressure in an overflow box... I am a Glazier by trade, so I would be comfortable in doing it....

![]() 1/8 gap is a little on the thick side but shold be fine as long as you don't have air pockets in the silicone.
