![]() Hey guys,
I have some feather dusters in my tank, and as of late one of them split into two. I was quite happy since they are pretty much some of the first visible hitchhikers other than the brittle stars and some other guys. However, i looked into the tank today and noticed that one of them ( the biggest one ) seems to have closed it's main hole ( the section of the tube that it comes out of ). Is this normal? What's happening? ________ Honda RC145 Last edited by moldrik; 01-24-2011 at 02:06 PM. |

![]() good to hear. They will close up here and there, especially if they get spooked. It is normal.

![]() I was lucky enough to get a few hitchhiking with my rock as well. They tend to pop in and out on a regular basis. I notice at night when I shine the flashlight in the tank they quickly pop back in they're hole when the light reaches them.
