I only turn my skimmer off when I dose Snow once every 7 days for a couple of hours.

I might be wrong but I was always under the impression that half the point of Snow was to bind stuff and help it get gobbled up by the skimmer?

Leave the skimmer on when you're dosing Snow.

+1 don't turn off your skimmer during coral snow.
