I have 3 of those reflectors over a 6ft tank,

your welcome to come over and check it out but if you think burnaby is a long ways away then I don't think you'll make it here

In case you can't make it here's a pic, there is no supplemental lighting just the MH's

Thanks for the replies, I was hoping someone (in town ) had a setup I could look at. I'm always leery of ordering something online when I haven't seen it first hand. It does seem like these reflectors would work out fine for my tank though.
