|   LOL...that is kind of funny!  Sure, I will answer what I can and I am sure many other experienced puffer keepers will chime in. I have kept a Mappa about 4 years ago. Beautiful fish but just hard to keep to full size because they get so big. I found they grow fast to about 10-11" (inch a month almost) and then then slow a bit until 12-14" where they really start to slow down quite a bit in growth. They do reach 25" in the ocean but more likely 20-22" in aquariums I think. What size tank are you thinking? At least to start with? |
