if you have a sump you may want to throw in there and get a better pic, then decide what you want to do with it after its been determined what kind of crab it is.
I havent had any issues (with crabs  ) myself but from what i have heard its just a crap shoot as to what it will and will not eat.

you could trap it and get a pic leaving it in a margerine container in you tank so you could get rid or release when info is found.
