![]() I currently have a 250w 13K MH bulb along with 4 T5 actinic's running on my tank. I would like it to be a bit "bluer". Question is... will I notice a difference going to a 14.5k over the 13k or should I jump all the way to a 20K? Thoughts?
Not sure this matters, but I am talking Geissmann Megachrome bulbs..... that's what I'm using now.

![]() We run pheonix 14k on our large tank and the hamilton 14k on the small tank. If you are wanting bluer go with the pheonix, the pheonix in comparison to the hamilton is a lot bluer.
