What do you have for fish, I had a Fox Face, Red Coris Wrasse, and the usual pygmy angels attack my zoas in the past. As for emerald crabs and hermit crabs I've got a bunch of them and never had a problem with them.

i had a whole colony die off because of a bunch of small aiptasia that started to grow between the poly's. at night take a flash light and check between just to make sure

Do you happen to have a peppermint shrimp? mine ate about 10 zoas off a rock i had. i caught the little bugger one night.I feed him with a turkey baster now and make sure he gets lots of food. He's a good boy now, no more zoas for him.
