	Yeah, the place is called DBC Marine; it is behind ikea in Richmond. Actually, to be a keener, DBC marine sells aquatic safety equipment. The place that does CO2 refills is operated out of their warehouse. Here are the instructions: -Find your way to DBC Marine (Google) -There is a big parking lot that you will enter -Beside DBC's big banner sign, there is their big warehouse building(its actually the same building) -Look for a set of stairs that lead up to a door that is proped open(in the same building) -Go through, and you'll know your in the right place because of all the cylinders.
