That sounds great! I would love to see your tank sometime. Your sump is probably the size of my 120g tank.

There are lots of handy people around the forum who make acrylic into very pretty reactors. I have a DIY one from NewGuy (Harvey), and it, and the associated Kalk. reactor were cheap, and hardy.

How are your SPS colouring up? I wonder if yours and mine are colouring up the same? More close up shots!
