My O ring broke as well but I put a drain fitting in the end as my cup is hard to get out with gunk in it. The drain stops it from going down to far.

Anyone with a broken o-ring, just email the company, they ship them out right away N/C! They sent me 2... so I wouldn't bug them I guess!
