![]() They are. When I was going through university I occasionally worked at some LFSs and frequently saw delayed fish orders shipped during the winter end up with very few casualties. Sometimes I see threads like this where people suggest that a fish can't live for more than a day or two in transit and chuckle a bit - if only they knew how long some of these fish are actually in transit before they get to the LFS.
