I was planning on fishing. Not sure where yet though. I don't have a boat, and I only have a small car, so preferably a stream with some nice trout, that has easy access and within 30 min drive of the campground would be best. We are staying at the Willowbrook RV Resort east of Hinton. Heard that there are a ton of small streams around that are worth checking out. Can't seem to find any info anywhere though.

Are there some good fishing streams that fall in that catagory? I guess I could always fish the Athabasca, but I thought that trying the tributaries would be better.

I can't remember the distances but South of Hinton where the Gregg River meets the Macloud (spelling) was good from what I recall and there are Camp Grounds there and to the North towards Grand Cache there the Big Burlin and Little Burlin. Any others spot I hit we Quaded in for half a day down cutlines and trails. Have Fun
