Hey der_iron_chef a bit of topic but what do you use from zeo to get you phhosphates and nitrates(or nitrites witch ever 1 it is) down? Im currently just using 3 of the basic 4(ze bac, food, and zeovit(the rocks)) along with AAHC and pohls xtra.

Nothing in particular. Zeo sort of takes care of that on its own....well, at least it's supposed to (as to my understanding).
