Sorry, meant JG (John Guest) not sure what happened to my fingers.

What I'm meaning is you can try something like I'm using for my reactor. It's the small line that comes off the 45, the first piece is threaded in, then the valve. You can use the valve you posted just pushed into the tubing. The valve I've shown isn't used to control the reactor, but for disconnecting, though a have the same valve just above the reactor that I use to set the drip rate. Take a look in HD as the place is good for ideas.
