I am in a appartment and I don't have a outside hose bib. I couldn't get an accurate reading with the PSI meter because the fitting leaked to much. I could read 40 PSI but there was water spraying everywhere. I assume it would be higher if I could get a good seal.
Thanks, Chris

Maybe some DI beads got into somewhere. I assume you have back flushed the system. If you used a needle valve on the supply some sediment or rust could have gotten in there. You may have to take all the lines apart and flush each one out seperate.

I took apart the unit this morning. I cleaned out all the beads made sure all lines were unblocked. I started the unit earlier about 7-8 hours ago and am at about 2 gallons. I also emailed Aquasafe and am waiting to see what they say.
Thanks, Chris

try remving all the pre filters, the membrane, and Di . Then see if water passes freely through the system. If so, start adding filters , starting at prefilter until you find the problem.

Didn't think of that good idea. I will try that tomorrow when I get off work.
Thanks, Chris

My guess is the carbon filter is put in upside down. A common mistake. It looks like it should go in that way, but looks can be deceiving.

I have made that mistake before.

Hey figured out the problem today. It was the carbon block filter. It was not allowing any water to pass through. Did not work either way I put it in. Replaced it with a new filter and runs fine now. Thanks everyone for your help.
