Normal house pressure should be 60 psi. after the PRV. Not sure what your street pressure is but it should be more than 40 . What's your pressure in the rest of your place, ie. outside hose bib [ tap ] Do you have a high pressure hose bib that comes off before your PRV if so what is the pressure there.

I am in a appartment and I don't have a outside hose bib. I couldn't get an accurate reading with the PSI meter because the fitting leaked to much. I could read 40 PSI but there was water spraying everywhere. I assume it would be higher if I could get a good seal.

Maybe some DI beads got into somewhere. I assume you have back flushed the system.If you used a needle valve on the supply some sediment or rust could have gotten in there.You may have to take all the lines apart and flush each one out seperate.

I took apart the unit this morning. I cleaned out all the beads made sure all lines were unblocked. I started the unit earlier about 7-8 hours ago and am at about 2 gallons. I also emailed Aquasafe and am waiting to see what they say.

try remving all the pre filters, the membrane, and Di . Then see if water passes freely through the system. If so, start adding filters , starting at prefilter until you find the problem.

My guess is the carbon filter is put in upside down. A common mistake. It looks like it should go in that way, but looks can be deceiving.
I have made that mistake before.
