I think they are vermetid snails

That website explains exactly what they are!

All along I had been hoping they would be something more fun. But at least I have one red featherduster out of nowhere!

Should these snails be removed?? Pump problems?

They shouldnt be of any concern imo. Some people dont like them thuogh so it's really a judgement call on your part. If they bother your corals then yes remove them, otherwise i just wouldnt bother.
