Greetings
This is a retrofit ballast with all connectors and clips for a 2 light system so it is up to you to buy bulbs/reflector, bulb length is standard 4 Ft 54 watt. Should add this is a pretty standard wattage for this length of bulb, AI has bulbs and I think Big Al's real common.

to bad they are 48" if they were 24" id be all over it.
