The process has started, the food is thawing in RO/DI right now. Its stinky!
Okay bags will be 3/8" thick and will contain at least 1 cup of food per bag. They are ziplock freezer bags, however I would advise double bagging them once you get them home to further prevent freezer burn.  I will post here when food is ready and available for pick up. Probably late this afternoon. If you want to come get your food before its frozen, e.g. you want to make your own cubes, let me know and I will keep it in the fridge.

Frozen is fine with me.
let me know when its done freezing. where are you in town just so iknow if i should bring a cooler or somthing for the drive.
