for the most part welding supply shops have to send their tanks away to get them filled from a distributor (air liquid, or praxair for example) they dont have the means of filling oxy, acetylene. shielding gases cylinders.

in vancouver i get mine filled at this marine industrial shop behind Ikea in richmond CALLED DBC MARINE , 10 bucks cash they fill my tank. Its an industrial place they service and build life rafts etc for the large ships etc. just walk in to the office tell they you want your tank filled and walk to the back shop/ hope that helps
