You can get cinder blocks in any home improvement store...rona, home depot, totem...i've seen the price range from 99 cents a per block to 5 bucks a block.

Sometimes the guys will just let you have them. Otherwise i would say home depot simply because of their purchasing power.

I hate to be the one to say it but if you need to save the $4 on building materials for your stand you might be in the wrong hobby.
