me too...can't seem to figure out how it works though, I need to buy some teflon tape to seal one of the screw in thingies.

Use plumbers putty, not teflon tape... instructions are really clear about that. Email them... he'll walk you through your install.

yup, use putty. teflon tape is only for metal connections
