WTB: Cube tank (Lower Mainland or Okanagan)

tank is in mint condition, hardly used.
stand is finished in dark brown stain.
also comes with oolitic sand seen in the pic, a few inches worth.
and i can throw in a 20 gallon and 20 gallon glass lid, whcih fits into the stand on the bottom.
