this is so cool ive finally tried the lemon juice idea for killing aiptasia by using a straw (with my thumb over one end) i gave the biggest of four aiptasia I have a shot of lemon juice well it closed up turned purple and dropped right out of sight this i have to say was one of the coolest things ive seen in my 1 month in the marine hobby give it a try it is definately 2 thumbs way up in the coolness factor

Hmm, torturing aiptasia, wish I had some left I'm in that kinda mood. That's what mine did too, except I stabbed the crap out of them with a 14 gauge hypodermic needle while I shot them with lemon juice. It was kinda fun but it didn't work for me.

geez??! this thing keeps coming back i lemon juiced it 2 times and it came back both times i guess i found a lousy cure anyone know of a good way to cure it? a way that contains no copper or anyting? next im gonna try bleach i think

get a syringe and inject the lemon juice into the stock!!!

I've used boiling hot water....draw it up....stick it in.....melt from the inside.
worked for me.

I bought a peperment shrimp and it ate them all , easy's work i ever did .

Don't think bleach is recommended. Will prolly work but may cause more grief than it's worth.
