Default drillin a hole

Im going to drill a hole in my acrylic sump. Ive got 1 glass and every size of wood hole saw. Which would work best?

Use the wood saws and a bit of cooling go slow. If you overheat the plastic the saw will get stuck. Go slow at the end or finish on the other side if you can.
The glass drill is just for glass as far as I know.

I figured that the glass one wouldnt cut acrylic worth a dang but i thought id ask
