![]() yeah rinsing with tap is fine. just try to drain as much as you can out of it before putting it into the tank. it isn't super crucial though.

![]() I bought carribian live sand to kick start my tank and of course live rock the sand is packaged wet and as long as it dosent get frozen should be pretty beneficial bought mine at big als forget what i paid though

![]() I use the Sea chem select I love it its just right and not too light hardy any fine dust either...
