Default Microworms or whiteworms?

Probably a question that will make all the reefers quail, but... I've a lead on a Mandarin Gobie that eats frozen; could I supplement with either microworms or whiteworms?

Default choices

Have 2 manderin dragonettes both eating frozen and formula 1+2 pellets as well as freeze dried copepods...both fat+healthy..try the bottle or container feeding too. Keeps other fish from eating their food.

ps: I know fish stores sell them as gobies, but they are Dragonettes
